We are looking for someone with practical kitchen experience to assist in food preparation.
Your duties will include:
- Daily preparation
- Continued preparation through service
- Maintaining health & hygiene
- Maintaining clean working stations
- Acceptance of deliveries
- Stock rotation and storage
- Cleaning & closing down of kitchen
Skills required:
- Practical kitchen experience
- Flexible
- Good time management
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to aid the running of the kitchen
- High standards of food preparation & presentation
- Maintain high standard of cleaning throughout
