We are looking for someone with practical kitchen experience to take on the role of lead cook in our attraction.

The menu includes, freshly made pizzas, burgers, jacket potatoes, paninis and daily specials.

Your duties will include:

• Daily preparation
• Cooking & plating up of food
• Maintaining health & hygiene
• Maintaining clean working stations
• Acceptance of deliveries
• Stock rotation & storage
• Cleaning & closing down of kitchen

Skills required:

• Practical kitchen experience
• Flexible
• Good time management
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to aid the running of the kitchen
• High standards of food preparation & presentation
• Maintaining high standard of cleaning throughout
